What are we looking for?

We are looking for a friendly, proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as a Reservations Coordinator.


  • Assist in managing City Relay’s property portfolio
  • Deal with incoming resident enquiries for any length of stay – over the phone, email and via property portals
  • Qualify applicants and proactively following up with residents throughout the Lettings sales cycle
  • Use our CRM to track resident data to support on the internal reporting process, managing the resident journey from enquiry to move-in
  • Assist with creating and editing property adverts on portals
  • Arrange viewings for longer term lets
  • Negotiate the let of residential property for short, mid and long let, liaising directly with landlords when needed to get our client the best possible deal
  • Manage the paperwork and referencing / vetting process for residents, depending on their length of stay
  • Assist with compliance across all lets
  • Support Property Management in arranging any works and liaising with in-stay residents
  • Assist in increasing growth of the flexible lettings business to maximise revenue
  • Ad-hoc responsibilities


  • BSc or MSc degree
  • Great communicator with excellent written English is mandatory; multilingualism is a plus
  • Confident phone manner
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Proactive sales approach
  • Very well organised
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in reservations or lettings preferred but not essential
  • Passionate about Real Estate and Prop Tech
