I have had experience with a number of agents in London and after having tried and interviewed most of them, I can say City Relay is definitely the best. They take great pride in having the apartment always ready to a professional standard, with thorough cleaning and maintenance. They also manage the guest and host communication very well. Guests can now rely on their standards to book directly with them as they have a distinguished service standard. I would definitely recommend!
