We’re really proud to have released our very first podcast: The Property Relay Podcast.
The podcast has been created to help property investors get to the important details in a busy industry, with a new episode being released monthly. Each episode provides property investors with valuable industry and personal insights, featuring interviews with industry experts and real life investors, all ready to depart the knowledge they have acquired through their years of experience. The Property Relay Podcast is accessible to property investors at all levels of experience and portfolio size, whether they are just getting started or a seasoned investor.
In the first episode of The Property Relay Podcast, titled ‘What’s happening to the London property market?’, host Alex Miller, part of the customer success team at City Relay, is joined by guest and colleague Alice Dunn, City Relay’s property management specialist.
Alex and Alice discuss the current landscape of the London property market, including the increasing popularity of virtual viewings, as well as the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, delving into the ways in which schemes such as the furlough scheme and the stamp duty holiday have played a major role in keeping the property market afloat.
They then look at what the remainder of 2021 is looking like for house prices and the London rental market with some interesting and insightful data. The episode is rounded off with an overall look at the property market and where it’s headed, discussing opposing sides of the argument, where some experts predict a decline, while others predict quite the opposite.
This month’s episode was recorded in one of our newly refurbished Notting Hill Gate Residences, a set of luxurious, modern apartments in the heart of Notting Hill.
