The inside scoop on property sourcing

Written by Maddy Tickner

The second episode of our podcast is now live, entitled ‘Property sourcing’. In this episode, our host Alex Miller is joined by guest Max Skipworth-Button, Development and Investment Director at Leufroy, a real estate investment management company specialising in London properties. Max has extensive experience in working with both UK and international investors looking to invest in the London real estate market.

This episode finds Alex and Max predicting up-and-coming London boroughs that are perfect for investing in and providing tips on how to spot them. They also delve into how to go about successfully sourcing derelict buildings, as well as some top property sourcing secrets from Max.

Alex and Max also discuss the pros and cons of both derelict buildings and new builds, with Max then answering the question of whether he recommends the higher risk but higher return of derelict buildings or the safety of newer buildings.
