The 2024 Booking.com Traveller Awards is the 12th instalment since the award started years ago. It celebrates the dedication and hard work that comes with providing exceptional guest experiences. This award is not exclusive to hotels. Even apartments, vacation homes, cabins and villas are included in this prestigious award. Rental vehicles and taxi providers are also celebrated by this award.

The winners are chosen based on 308 million verified reviews over 3 years, from December 1, 2020, to November 30, 2023. The reviews from both the website and app are averaged to bring out the best properties or service providers on Booking.com. The calculations are based on the final review score last December 1, 2023.

Those recognised join a list of exceptional hospitality and transportation service providers. Booking.com partners can use this award to market and advertise their properties and services as well as prove their commitment to making the experience incredible for all guests.
