The challenge
Capucine and Ziad love nothing more than travelling and exploring the globe. Their portfolio of London investment properties was vacant throughout the year as they travelled. Though they were armed with the knowledge that rental properties in London are in high demand and that they could really boost their yield, they were still faced with the concern regarding the safety of their properties.
