The challenge

Roslyn and her husband wanted to make the most of their empty home whilst abroad in their second home in Australia. In the past they used another management company but it didn’t work out the way they hoped. She wanted a local company that she could trust and that shared her understanding of what hosting means.

The process

After initial refurbishment on the property was finished, we started advertising Roslyn’s home on multiple booking platforms. Our reservations platform allowed Roslyn to view her calendar and upcoming bookings, providing full transparency over our management of her home. Consistent communication with her account manager, allowed not only peace of mind on any issues, but confidence that her family or friends could stay in her home whenever needed by simply blocking the calendar on these dates.
