City Relay are proud to be the only property management company to offer reception spaces. These spaces located in Victoria, Shepherds Bush and Earls Court, provide a convenient place for face-to-face check-in’s and to manage any guest queries for the duration of their stay. Alternatively, if preferred, we also offer in-person check-ins​ at the property, and out of hours support to those that need it.
