Once all the reference checks are complete and agreed with you, we will start to prepare an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement. These contracts are created through our Goodlord portal, which is automatically and regularly updated with any new government regulations and legislations, ensuring you as the Landlord are always compliant with the latest rules.

Before the new tenant moves in, we organise for an inventory check to be completed, carried out by qualified and experienced inventory clerk partners. We work closely with Home Inventories and MOT Inventories, with agreed discounted rates, ensuring you are getting the best possible value.
These inventory checks are to be completed at the beginning and end of every tenancy, and are required for security deposit returns to be processed. Due to the new Tenant Fees Act, the Landlord is now required to pay for these inventory checks.
