We understand how important it is for rent to be collected and paid out in a timely manner, allowing landlords to manage monthly cash flow and mortgage payments.
We have recently introduced our new advanced finance platform, Payprop, which provides instant payments to our landlords, once rent has been received and matched in the system. We can also provide you with monthly detailed statements in the first week of each month, showing all income and expenditure regarding your property.
We’ve got all your day-to-day property maintenance needs covered, meaning any job is resolved quickly, efficiently and at the best price. Our trained in-house maintenance team are here to help, and we have built up a network of trusted and experienced external partners for specialist areas of work.

✓ Pest control
✓ General handyman maintenance
According to our tenants and landlords, we go the extra mile.
To ensure the ongoing maintenance of your property, we include property inspections as standard within our management fee. So, every 6 months our property management team will visit your property and provide you as the landlord with a written report including; general photos of each room, in-depth photos and details around specific issues seen and recommendations for maintenance required.
At this visit, we will also supply recommendations directly to your tenants on how to manage common issues including damp and condensation, so we can keep maintenance bills at a minimum by helping to prevent conditions in the first place. Outside of these visits, our team sends seasonal letters to tenants with advice and recommendations for looking after the property as the weather changes.
We handle the tenancy from start to finish, leading landlords through the tenancy process, including contract renewal and chasing rent arrears, if required.
At the end of a tenancy, we will ensure the property is cleaned and returned in the same condition as at the beginning of the tenancy. We will also complete the required check out reports to ensure that the security deposit release can be organised, with tenant negotiations on cost deductions taken care of by our team too. Finally, at this stage we assess the need for repairs and any compliance needs, before we put the property back on the rental market.
