Short letting is back. What you need to know

Written by Pathik Vashi

We were pleased to hear the Prime Minister yesterday announce that accommodation can reopen as long as it meets high levels of cleanliness.

So what does that mean for you?

As a host you will now be able to open your calendar once more to everyone, not just to NHS and key workers. We’ve been proud of the work we’ve done to accommodate our NHS heroes during this time but we now welcome back all guests from the 4th July.

The marketing channels such as Airbnb and the 30+ that we work with are likely now to be increasing their bookings and indeed we are seeing guest bookings increase so now is a great time to make your property available.

Flights are not fully back yet but we expect them to return gradually over the next couple of months and in the meantime we expect domestic tourism and corporate guests to return to London.

In May we launched the Safe Stay initiative which lifts the cleaning standards of our properties to the highest levels. Beyond that required by the government and World Health Organisation. That, combined with the fact that all of our properties are self contained, means that we are offering the best solution for guests that want to travel safely.

Our Victoria Reception Space was also re-opened in May with new social distancing measures in place.

We will be in touch with all our existing hosts but for anyone who is looking to work with the most trusted management company in London, now is the best time to get in touch. You can get an instant rent estimation here.

Or browse our website to find out more and get in touch.

Take care.
