This week we officially opened our latest Reception Space in Victoria.
Our location, a short walk from Victoria station, was chosen to meet local demand for holiday rentals. Data from vacation rental experts AirDNA shows that one in five homes listed for short let in London are in the borough of Westminster. Short term rental demand in the area is healthy, with an average nightly rate of £182 and 75% occupancy level according to AirDNA. And in our recent analysis, SW1 topped the list of postcodes based on short let rental returns achieved by our hosts this December.
Just like our existing spaces in Earl’s Court and Shepherd’s Bush, the new Reception Space will welcome guests from across the globe as well as serve local homeowners who already list their homes or would like to gain more information about the London short let market. Check-ins, luggage storage, local recommendations, advice for hosts and support throughout every guest’s stay will be on offer seven days a week.
